How It Works for Providers
- Apply: Submit your provider application, upload your license and ID, and consent to a background check. Our approval process ensures a trusted, professional platform.
- Get Approved: Once approved as a 1099 independent contractor, you'll complete onboarding and create your provider profile to showcase your services.
- Choose Your Schedule: Work when it works for you. Set your availability and accept only the appointments you want—full-time or part-time.
- Get Booked: Clients book you directly through Salon Done. You'll receive all appointment details in advance, including services and location.
- Deliver the Experience: Arrive at the client's home and provide high-quality, luxury beauty services in a comfortable, personalized setting.

Salon Done Provider Agreement
Independent Contractor (1099)
This Provider Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Salon Done ("Company") and the undersigned beauty professional ("Provider"). By applying to and providing services through Salon Done, Provider agrees to the following terms:
- Independent Contractor Relationship: Provider acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent contractor (1099) and not an employee, partner, or agent of Salon Done. Provider is solely responsible for all taxes, insurance, licenses, permits, and business expenses related to their services. Salon Done does not control how services are performed, only the standards required to remain on the platform.
- Eligibility & Requirements: To provide services through Salon Done, Provider must: hold a valid, active professional license and insurance as required by their state; submit a government-issued photo ID; successfully pass a background check; and maintain professionalism, punctuality, and quality service standards. Failure to meet or maintain these requirements may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
- Background Check Authorization: Provider authorizes Salon Done to conduct a background check, including criminal history and identity verification, as part of the approval process and ongoing platform safety requirements.
- Fees & Payments: Provider agrees to all fees outlined in the Fee Schedule below. Fees may be updated with reasonable notice. Salon Done will collect payments from clients and remit earnings to Provider after applicable fees and commissions are deducted.
- Commission & Platform Services: Salon Done provides booking and scheduling software, payment processing, client reviews and ratings, and marketing and platform access. In exchange, Salon Done retains a commission on completed bookings as outlined in the Fee Schedule.
- Provider Responsibilities: Provider agrees to arrive on time and prepared for each appointment, perform services safely, professionally, and within the scope of licensure, comply with all applicable laws and health regulations, and maintain appropriate insurance, if required by law.
- Cancellations & Conduct: Excessive cancellations, no-shows, unsafe behavior, or unprofessional conduct may result in penalties, suspension, or termination from the platform at Salon Done's discretion.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Outstanding fees or commissions owed at the time of termination remain payable.
- Limitation of Liability: Salon Done is not liable for acts, omissions, or services performed by Provider. Provider agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Salon Done from claims arising out of their services.
- Acceptance: By applying and continuing to use the Salon Done platform, Provider acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and Fee Schedule.
Salon Done Fee Schedule
- 1. Background Check Fee: $40 one-time fee (automatically renews annually). Covers identity verification and background screening. Non-refundable.
- 2. Membership Fee: $90 per quarter. Provides: Unlimited booking access, active provider profile, platform support and visibility, insurance coverage. Membership fees are billed quarterly and are non-refundable once charged.
- 3. Commission Fee: 15% per completed booking. Covers: Software and platform access, payment processing, reviews and ratings system. Commission is automatically deducted before payouts.
- 4. Payment Timing: Provider earnings are paid out according to Salon Done's payout schedule after fees and commissions are deducted 48 hours after a service is completed.
Acknowledgment: By submitting an application and accepting bookings through Salon Done, Provider agrees to all fees and terms outlined above.
